Gravity Light for Galerie Maria Wettergren, is a suspended light fitting. Utilising a 0.5 mm steel sheet, a gentle curve is formed by holding the thin metal plate in the air. Under gravity, the plate naturally bends into an ideal light reflector. Suspended from two points, Gravity Light captures the form of a sheet of paper being carried in the wind. It flattens out into a simple metal sheet when it is returned to the ground.
